Secerno.SQL for Intrusion Detection (IDS)

The Secerno.SQL database security appliance in IDS mode detects and logs unusual activity and produces alerts, but does not directly block potential threats. Logging and alerting can be fine-tuned to specific types of SQL statement that reflect how the applications interact with a database. There is no impact on database traffic, as the network traffic to the database is replicated using standard networking techniques.

Used in conjunction with a 2U controller appliance, Secerno.SQL securely collects and stores database audit logs, whilst enabling resilient configuration and centralised management of multiple Secerno.SQL appliances.
